肖斌:教授,博士生导师。美国杜克大学(Duke University)博士后。

入选重庆英才青年拔尖人才、重庆市青年科技人才培养项目(重庆市重点类人才项目)、军队“优秀青年科技人才扶持对象”、原第三军医大学“优青人才库”等人才项目。获得重庆市自然科学一等奖(2019年)、“重庆市优秀博士论文”。曾担任国家免疫生物制品工程技术研究中心副主任、第三军医大学药学系微生物与生化药学教研室副主任,现任重庆医科大学beat365手机中文官方网站教授。担任“中国药理学会表观遗传药理学专业委员会”委员和“重庆市抗癌协会肿瘤标志物专业委员会”常务委员。

主要研究方向为:

1)非编码RNA作为新型生物技术药物的基础与应用研究;

2)非编码RNA和RNA结合蛋白在肿瘤、感染免疫、慢性肾病中的调控作用研究;

 

近年来,先后主持包括国家自然科学基金(3项)、重庆市教委重点项目、科技成果转化基金、重庆英才计划“包干制”项目等各类科研项目13项。主持获批科研项目经费近700万元。以第一或通讯作者,在BloodOncogeneJ Exp Clin Cancer ResClin Transl MedJ Infect Dis等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文28篇,单篇最高影响因子25.476IF>10的论文5,IF>5的JCR1区(Q1区)论著8篇,单篇最高引用次数226次,累计引用次数1450次。获得国家发明专利授权4项。

团队建设、研究生培养和教学:

肖斌教授作为重庆医科大学高层次引进人才特聘教授,已建成独立的“新型生物技术制药实验室”,拥有完善的基因工程、蛋白工程、细胞工程、非编码RNA组学等技术平台。现团队有博士后、博士研究生、硕士研究生、科研助理和客座研究人员20人。指导研究生获得重庆市研究生科研创新项目2项(2020年、2022年)、重庆医科大学研究生拔尖人才培育计划项目5项(202020212022年)。2015年指导本科生获得第八届“全国大学生药苑论坛”一等奖。参编专著或教材2部。主讲课程包括《生物技术制药》、《生物制药工程》、《现代生物制药技术与应用》、《生物药物分析》等。
